This was a job we did for them starting from product design, pilot (prototype) mould build, production mould build and mass production. The product was initially designed in Australia.
We had inputs in several product design modifications before the prototype build and then several more design and tooling(moulds) improvements for the mass production mould. The moulds are fairly complicated and are still in production (trouble free) after 220,000 shots.
The email below was sent after the client evaluated the first off-tool samples from the mass production moulds (3 in total).
